We got this comforter set to replace an older worn-out set. I really like how it is just the comforter and 2 pillow shams, as a lot of these sets are the whole sheet set to and we didn't need the whole set. The material of the shams is soft, almost silky. The comforter is airy and soft, but also very comfy. Not sure how warm the comforter will be in the winter but we will see. We do like this set.
